Some thoughts on the places that didn't land as well for me:
10A: I don't love [most] as an indicator for [-fl]AVOUR. It's a bit vague, especially since most usually means all but one, not two, and usually indicates the first part of clue, not the last.
24A: I didn't parse this one. [First attempt] is the def, [at] is a connector, [pottery] is an angrist, [knocked over] is the anagrind, what is [for work] doing? Is this [work] as in op., abbreviation of opus? That'd make this an indirect anagram?
6D: I don't think GENTRY is 1:1 with "rich," especially since one's a noun and one's an adjective. Also, "Dirk Gently" was a tough find, even for Hitchhiker fans.
18D: Similarly, I don't think LIEGE is 1:1 with "sir"; it's more of a "lord," no?
19D: I don't know the British term well enough to say if there's a shared root here, but [-velo]CITY is tough, especially since, again, I don't think [town] is 1:1 with "city." (Like, "town" and "metropolis" are very clearly different, right?)
22D: If I parsed this right, then RAT is a word for [Bother]? I guess in the sense that a rat is a nuisance? Seems like you'd need a "Kind of a bother," though I know that doesn't fit your surface sense.
Hope that's helpful! I really did enjoy the puzzle, but I'm always looking for what more can be done.
