  Thanks for your cryptic; I enjoyed it. I'm puzzled by 5A and 10A I'm unsure about CLAN as a synonym for "ring" an DI as an abbreviation for "police"

    10A is a weird one, maybe not the best logic to use in a cryptic but I kinda had the idea and wanted to get it down somewhere The clue is meant to be a double definition, since A, C, and E are the notes for an A minor chord

      Thanks for the reply; I've used DI as an abbreviation for "detective" in the past but thought it a stretch to use it for "police". Nevertheless, an interesting clue. Thanks again for the puzzle.
