The answer to the meta is what graffiti artists do with their colors
Here's a more difficult puzzle for you. (Actually, while I initially thought of this as a "week 4" puzzle, after the last few weeks of meta hell I am revising this down to a 2 or maybe 3 at the most!) Please note that this puzzle has been designed with Google in mind. There is no way you know what's needed to solve this meta without it, unless you are a web designer with a photographic memory! The answer to the meta is what graffiti artists do with their colors. Answer and explanation here: https://www.xword-muggles.com/viewtopic.php?p=98505#p98505
Check out "The MOAT Mini Pack of Marching Bands" here: https://www.ephesusscroll.com/about/interest4.html. US$5 gets you 7 Marching Bands which, hard enough on their own, now contain metas too. And once again there's a mega-meta!

Thanks, Ben. One quibble: wouldn't 40A be AROO, not EROO? Far be it from me to suggest corrections to you for Australian terminology, and yet.........
Oh, I didn't change anything in the puzzle - just the rating!

Really enjoyed this one! Thanks! Google was definitely needed.

I had to get there by inference. it appears that my color wheel is flat....

I had trouble with some ambiguity to color names and official values but I believe this source https://encycolorpedia.com/html is compatible to ben's values.
