    Interesting concept and enjoyable solve! Some edgy fill here, but you kept it relatively LIGHT. I loved the cluing for 24A. (For a moment I thought 20D might be LIE… because it usually is.)
    A few nits:
    • 19A is kind of a phony, but I know I’ve definitely tried to jam in worse!
    • The clue for 4D doesn’t seem to agree with the entry grammatically.
    • The cross-reference in the 17A clue is missing the “A”.

        lol, 19a was indeed a bit dicey (any suggestions for tweaks?) I agree about 4d…seemed to in the moment, but doesn’t in retrospect 17a was updated, think you caught it before the patch went through
