Ever since I saw Jurassic Park as a kid, the scene where Richard Attenborough explains how the scientists recovered the Dino DNA has always been the most vivid. That scene and the one with the raptors in the kitchen are always the first scenes I think of.
I also threw in a Pixar quote for good measure :)
