Fun solve — good fill and rather challenging! Loved the clue for 23A. 30A was clever but it made me 42A. 39A was new to me. I really had to dig for 33A (in case you want to feel old, it came out twenty-four years ago…) Some minor notes on other clues and entries:
In my opinion, 61A is less “too sweet” and more “too cute” or “too quaint”. Similarly, I don’t think 65A’s clue and answer quite match.
In my experience, 70D are typically not doctors (but are definitely medical professionals).
I felt like 81A was a clue/entry dupe, but others may disagree. Maybe “Que.’s counterpart?”
The clues for 66D and 74D have small typos.
