Really nice word ladder grid; I always appreciate a puzzle where paying attention to the theme helps expedite the solve. My only criticism is that I feel like the crossing at 17-A/3-D would benefit from being clued somewhat more accessibly just because if you don't know the sports franchise referenced by 3-D, you have to guess if the bands mentioned at 17-A have six or seven members. Really looking forward to solving more of your work.
