Ive been solving these each week and reading the corresponding blog posts, and something about todays blog resonated with me, that kind of self doubt and overcoming it type vibe, so I thought I'd comment. And I'd also like to say that I think your puzzles have been constantly improving, I especially enjoyed 2d (very funny) and 6a
Thanks so much for the kind words! Yeah, a big part of what keeps me going is the healthy, supportive community. I'm not afraid to mess up a clue, knowing that better understanding what didn't work will only make me a stronger setter in the long term. I'm also much more comfortable now pushing back against "style" that I feel to be too rigid. Here's to many more puzzles!
