Constructor's Note
This puzzle owes its title to the fact that, in service of obtaining two each of J, Q, X, and Z in the grid (per the May 2023 midi contest prompt), the letters K, V, W, and Y are all absent. So I picked a title that included all four of them. Other contenders were "Heavy Work," "You Don't Even Know," and "Take What You've Got."
