    Nice one! I love 21D but I think using a name like that probably needs a qualifier like "perhaps"/"say"/"?", since "Manning" is acting as an example rather than a definition for "Eli".

          Neon is element 10. I think the first ten clues the symbol "Ne", and the second ten clues the full name. Tough.

            That's what I was going for, not sure if using 10 as an indicator for neon in either case was fair game, but it was a fun idea I wanted to try out
