I'm forever impressed at how people manage to produce consistently great crosswords on a regular schedule. Each of these I write seems to be taking longer than the last, but at least I think that the quality is improving. I hope you enjoy the solve!

Challenging! Great clues. TAROT used a cryptic definition (index) I don't think I've seen before, which was nice. I couldn't work out the cryptic part of SMOKER, and I couldn't quite work out HOBBYIST (however I read it, either the I or IS seems to be missing). Could you explain?
Smoker was SKIER missing the I (disheartened), and second was a charade for MO; with about being a container indicator.
HOBBYIST is an &lit clue, and cryptically parses as an anagram (repairing) of the edge letters (extremely) of OutlandisH BonnetS, BotanY. "One entertained" is an insertion of an I, and "tea, say" is a homophone indicator for the "T" at the end.
To sum up:
I inside OHBSBY* + T
