Took me a few attempts to realize I had to apply the "One Too Many" to the solution as well - very clever! Great puzzle Emma - super smooth solve and a huge aha moment when I finally figured it out

Nice! And thanks for accepting my second submission -- when I realized my first was wrong!
Great puzzle, Emma. Just like Mike: took me a minute to figure out the final 'meta-meta' trick. 50A also got me wondering whether it had an extra letter at the beginning. Great all-round!
Lol, no great accomplishment on my part. But I wanted to be able to read people's comments, and since Pandora's Blocks posted this puzzle, Crosshare doesn't recognize me as the constructor (new feature, Mike D?), so I had to solve it like everyone else to get to this page.

Very fun! Scar was gave me my first "hmm this is meta-related". Struggled with some of the uncrossed extra letters, but figured out "stop off" from context. Took a few minutes of double-checking until I realized my mistake after that failed entry. Great meta!

So glad you allow a second (corrected!) submission! I thought about it for quite a while.. ‘WHY ISN’T THAT RIGHT? IT’S RIGHT THERE…. OHHH!! DUH.” Great challenge!

Good puzzle with a clever meta! Nice job, Emma.

Some meta puzzles are impressive because they have a complex meta mechanism that is smoothly executed, some are impressive because they wrap everything up simply and properly. This one is definitely the latter, solid and enjoyable puzzle.

Hats off to Emma for a clever construction and fun meta. Or should I say (imagine a cockney accent) “‘ats off, Emma. Well done.”

I was surprised that meta trick was not applied to both words, Because each word had one to many. Thanks for sharing your puzzle. Top of the morning to you!

Great clue for IN A BOX, Emma! And the final letter drop was a neat twist. Thanks for the guest puzzle!
