I like having expectations set with a difficulty rating, but might recommend a simpler Easy / Medium / Hard scale - or even adopting MGWCC "weeks" - as I think a ten point scale is trying to be too precise about something a bit more ineffable. Thanks for the puzzle!

Although I'm an old person who remembers them, I've lived long enough in the national-cellphone era that I actually sat there for 10 seconds saying to myself "what the f* is a toll call?" I'll just use 10-10-321 since Larry "Bud" Melman is on their commercials, thankyouverymuch.
