Aiya, welcome! I found this to be a bit more difficult than the average puzzle, but there were some nice zingers, like 7A, 2D, and 9D in particular. Here are spots where I had notes or questions:
1A: If the definition is "Chained souls" then I think "joined" is too etymologically close to be used as part of the cryptic charade. This also occurs in 12A, where the online marketplace is, I think, named for the other definition.
9A: No idea what the parse is here.
13A: I think the parse here is D+IANA, but the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority seems particularly niche to reference as [standards organization], and the definition you've got seems pretty loose for the late princess.
15A: Partial homonyms are perfectly legit, but this one caught me; in retrospect, I like this and the definition, but it was hard to spot!
17A and 3D are fine, but the surfaces are straining to accommodate the wordplay. Just something to think about for future puzzles: what is the entire sentence trying to communicate (the better to hide the definition and wordplay)?
Thank you so much for your feedback! I certainly wasn't proud of 17A or 3D, and in general feel like I really struggle with constructing clues for longer responses, and should put more time into that in the future. I did feel kind of bad about the definition for 13D, but struggled to think of something that wasn't too obvious.
I will try to mind domain-specific knowledge (9A, 13A) more in the first place, as it is sometimes hard to remember what is and is not common knowledge. 9A is intended as a double definition: CHOMSKY is both the originator of the minimalist program and a proponent of the theory of government in generative syntax. This is very specific knowledge, and I knew that it would be a problem, but... I was just a little too proud of this particular clue, maybe.
Thanks again for your response and I look forward to trying to improve in the future!
