    Confused about a couple:
28A - "I ordered a ___" if you fill the answer in the blank would be "I ordered a a BLT"?
51D - "Degree for a CEO" is singular but the answer is plural?
And I just don't get 62A at all.

Yes the clue should have been "I ordered ___." That one was selected from the suggestion list and I should have edited it. And yes the clue should have been degrees for CEOs maybe for 51D. And an Essed is another word for a chariot, at least that's what the suggestion said

Huh, never seen that before for chariots. Hope I didn't come off as too critical! I enjoyed the puzzle but I was completely flustered and had to check/reveal for those.

No worries, glad you enjoyed the puzzle. I'll check my clues more carefully in the future before publishing.
