Constructor's Note
My first finished puzzle! I'd love any feedback you might have.
This is the first puzzle I'm happy enough with to share. On Inauguration Day, I wanted to make some American food and decided on Jambalaya. It made me think of all the wonderful regional specialties in different parts of the US, and that it would be fun to combine that with the way cardinal directions are used in describing crosswords. So as a theme, each of these four foods is located in the region that's known for it.

      Some tricky fill here (YEEHOO?) and there but I absolutely loved the theme and discovering what foods were representative of each region. CRAFTBEER may be everywhere now but I've had some of my favorites in the Northwest.
