It's Literally A Crossword! 2

◆◆ · By Melanie Branton · Published 2025-04-09T06:36:27.437Z

Constructor's Note
One-clue puns often rely on a word or phrase which is usually used in a metaphorical sense being used literally, in either the clue or the answer. So, for example, "She didn't think outside the box (7)" would be PANDORA and "Piste (3, 1, 8, 5)" would be IT'S A SLIPPERY SLOPE. If you enjoy my crosswords, you'll LOVE the Cryptic Mystic's fantastic YouTube channel, which has been kind enough to feature a couple of my crosswords and is THE best resource for cryptic beginners: https://www.youtube.com/@The_Cryptic_Mystic
