Thank you! I look forward to your weekly cryptics, even though I struggle with many of the clues, especially the acronyms.
28A This totally foxed me - even a reveal left me no better off!
23D US pronunciation of "Babel" differs from UK pronunciation, so this caused me some difficulty.
32A Who he? I don't follow the word play.
4A, 7D and 10A totally mystified me, even following reveals.
Any follow-up would be appreciated.
Thanks for playing! For 28A, the Boston train train system is "The T" -- sorry if that's a bit too regional, I'm based there and may have taken it for granted as fair game. For 32A, Patrick Ewing is a famous Basketball coach over here (full disclosure I throw in some sports clues every now and then because my mom plays these and I know she appreciates them). 4A is a letter bank clue where all the letters from 'egos' can be made to make 'goose eggs,' slang for 0s. I'm still pretty new to this type of clue so sorry if it wasn't constructed super clearly! 7D is taken Gordon Brown, swapping the R to and Land the E to an O to get golden brown, which is a color commonly used in recipes to say when you should take out baked goods or fried foods (this was maybe a bit of a stretch, but I was pretty pleased with the idea). For 10A I was using 'bellend' as a British slang for a jerk (also I have no idea quite how profane this is GB, blame my English friend who I picked that up from if it's too much for a cryptic!), removing 'nd' (no date) from it to get Belle, the name of Beauty in Beauty and the Beast

Cheers! Thanks for taking the time to explain. I haven't come across a letter bank clue before - what indicators would trigger that type of clue?
