2D Shouldn't there be "apparently" in the clue?

Four (IV) is inside a type of wine [RED], which is overturned. (backwards), so there is no anagram.
For 2D, could you explain further?

Sorry, in my first comment I meant to write "synonym" rather than "anagram" - senior moment! In 2D the pronunciation of INCAN is different from IN CAN; "apparently" in the clue highlights that difference, I believe. Please correct me if I am mistaken.
