each clue corresponds to a 3-digit number.
i ended up making the clues ambiguous again...oops. tip for solving, multiples of 3 have their digits add up to a multiple of 3. multiples of 9 have their digits add up to 9. multiples of 11 have the two ending digits add up to the middle digit. a lot of this is just prime factorization.
