Great clueing as always, thanks! Not sure I’ve seen a contraction in a cryptic before (1A), not sure how I feel about it

Hi - was wondering if someone could help me out with 2D and 3D. Thank you :)

Hi K! 2D uses "reportedly" to indicate a homophone of SHIRE ("English subdivision") and 3D is T (abbreviation for "Time") + EASE ("to relax")
