      Nice!
Feedback: overall, really fun. A few minor things I can point out, but I solved it cleanly, so it's not bad at all!
1a. "Over" isn't part of definition or wordplay, and it's difficult to call it a linking word - all parts of a clue should be part of the clue.
4a. "Swindling" and "Con" aren't synonyms - you need "swindle" to be equivalent to "con".
6a. No notes, perfect as is. Great clue.
7a. My only note here is that the simple reading's a bit nonsensical - I didn't feel misled by it.
1d. I liked the wordplay! Good and tough. I feel like the definition could be a little trickier though? I pretty much had it figured out just from that, and only needed to check my answer with the wordplay, which is a shame, since the wordplay stands on its own.
      2d. No notes, excellent clue.
3d. Again, my only issue is that the simple reading doesn't have much meaning on its own.
      5d. Awesome clue.

Thanks for the feedback, this helps!!
For 1a, I was treating “back over” as equivalent to just “back” but I can see how that’s a little verbose, thus clumsy.
4a. This has been the most time consuming part of setting for me—getting all the tenses, pluralities, parts of speech all aligned 😅
