"Pablo Honey," or "Pablo, Honey?"

Constructor's Note
Radiohead got their band name from a Talking Heads song, and the title of their first album, "Pablo Honey," is a Jerky Boys reference. Don't let anyone tell you that band takes themselves too seriously. This puzzle has two sets of clues, but they're both, like, right there.
