Constructor's Note
For this puzzle (and others like it), the rebus tool should be used as each cell can have 1 to 3 letters. The numbers in the square brackets tell you how many letters long each entry is, as an extra hint.
This one was an absolute MESS, and has words/phrases that don't even exist. (I even repeated a word at some point without noticing until I started writing clues) However, I didn't feel like redoing the entire puzzle, and I kinda liked the convoluted clues I gave for the weird ones.
