Constructor's Note
I'm moving a few puzzles I had elsewhere over to Crosshare. This was from around Halloween, perhaps more fun for the setter than the solver? I'm not sure whether — or * would better indicate gimmick clues.

Looking forward to more of your puzzles! If you go to your account page you can create a crosshare "blog" so folks can find all your puzzles in one place.

Fun one! If you use "the starred clues" in your revealer then any clue that starts or ends with * will be linked to that clue so they'll highlight when the clue is selected. Not sure if that would quite work here where you wanted the in the middle of some clues.
