Connect Four #1

This series is inspired by the name Anika A came up with for her 4x4, on her quest up to a 15x15. However, this puzzle series is themed like the classic board game Connect 4.
How It Works: Each puzzle in this series varies in grid size, but hidden somewhere in the grid is exactly one letter that forms a row of 4 either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, just like in Connect 4. As such, some clues will be harder to solve when standing alone.
Hint: Consider what letters you already have in the grid and where the row of 4 could be to help you solve harder clues!
