    I enjoyed this; thank you! Should 11A be (3 8) instead of (11)? And I'm not sure either "believable" or "Believable? No" is a synonym for "naive" (but I really like the detour through NEGATIVE).

      Nice one, I didn't get that parse, so thanks for setting me straight... I took the def as something cheeky like pertaining to one who is (readily) able to believe... but I really shouldn't speak for (or indeed to) actual smart people

            Thanks for an entertaining puzzle. I, too, felt that "Believable" was unsuitable as a synonym for NAIVE, even with the question mark.
