    Loved it! Especially that all the fill was recognizable and well clued! Very well done! Two nits: 13a I’m not sure making the clue singular is quite right as to my knowledge the pearly gates are not in reference to actual multiple gate entrances …could be wrong though 21d was a tad confusing, clued like one was trying to escort their escort. Maybe: take out (like a bodyguard would)

      absolutely not overstepping, i appreciate the feedback! i do admit 13a was pretty scuffed, but i wanted to try something more creative than "garden entrance"... and cluing 21D was pretty hard. i agree your version of the clue would make a lot more sense! thanks, parker!
