Constructor's Note
Here's my "entry" for Crosshare's midi-contest-04-24 with a title I "borrowed" from a recent WSJ meta contest puzzle. 😄

Great quote... even though it's entirely false! Hah.

Thanks kurtalert. I always thought that quote could be attributed to Mark Twain, but Google proved otherwise. Oh well, Mr. Wilson's name fit better in a midi anyway. 😄 Big week for golf lovers this week!

Thanks for the puzzle and the attribution!
I don't think I've ever seen 13A before. What does NLAT stand for, "north latitude"?

Thanks, Sendhil. Yes, NLAT stands for north latitude. Since I was kinda forced to use it, I thought I'd at least have it relate to where I live. 😄

Nice zippy puzzle. I was sure that was a Twain quote as well. He and Yogi Berra get credit for every American bon mot whether they deserve it or not.

Thanks, Wayne. Yes, I was surprised when I Googled the source.
